Our House!

Happy Monday everyone!
We are almost definitely buying a house! We'll still be in Orangevale, but we'll be in the Fair Oaks 5th ward in the Carmichael Stake, so that will be a big change! So here's the latest...
We put in an offer, it was accepted. We made our offer a little higher than asking price, but then said that the seller would need to make the repairs. They agreed, and we'll be having an inspector come out this Wednesday to let us know the extent, and to make sure the sellers don't "overlook" anything
We've already put in a deposit, and now we're just waiting for everything to pan out. Our loan is great, and everything is set. We're scheduled to close October 6th. The ONLY thing that would hinder whether we get this house or not is if the repair work that is left for us to do is overwhelming and not worth the money. (We'll find out Wednesday!)
The house itself is 2000 sq ft, has a pool, is 2 story, 2 car garage, built in '62, 4 bed 3 bath, a very nice kitchen, and a side yard big enough to house a boat or RV! (not that we'll be getting one any time soon, or while we're in this house most likely).
Anyways, that's the latest and greatest with the Bairs right now. We're still saving like crazy for this new step in our lives. If anyone wants to do their holiday shopping with me, or knows anyone who does, let me know please!
